Job Summary
Sales Associate role in medical device sales within Caldera Medical's southern Birmingham territory, based in New Orleans. You will train with an experienced Territory Representative and a dedicated trainer, then own accounts in a territory covering New Orleans to Jackson, MS, and the Florida panhandle (approximately 75% of time in LA, with 25% travel to Birmingham). Travel 30-40% to maintain revenue, attend surgical cases in the operating room, build pipeline momentum, and secure hospital approvals and surgeon support. Requires a Bachelor's Degree, less than 6 years of sales experience, strong relationship orientation and communication skills, flexibility, willingness to train in another territory for 3-6 months, and relocation willingness within the U.S. upon promotion. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook) expected; extra points for B2B/pharma or med device experience. The role emphasizes strategic thinking, collaboration, and a competitive, self-motivated attitude in a fast-growing women's health company.
