Job Summary
The Sales Associate III will serve as the front-line ambassador for Coach, delivering an elevated luxury retail experience, achieving personal and store sales goals, driving omni-channel selling through clienteling, cross-selling, upselling, and utilization of POS/mobile tools, while supporting daily store operations, inventory reception, visual merchandising, and adherence to policies. The role requires 1+ years of sales experience (luxury retail preferred), proficiency with POS systems, strong English, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends; candidates should be capable of building client relationships, conducting fashion recommendations, and collaborating with teammates in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of sales experience (luxury retail preferred)
- experience with POS operation, basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS)

- ability to read price/release sheets
- Strong English proficiency
- Luxury retail background
- social media savvy
- experience with live-stream shopping or video demos
- clienteling and data acquisition skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Schedule: Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet business needs—including nights, weekends, peak busy season, and high-traffic retail days (including holidays)
- Ability to lift at least 25 lbs. regularly (up to 50 lbs)
