Job Summary
Sales Associate III at Coach/Tapestry: front-line brand ambassador delivering an elevated, personalized shopping experience, meeting personal and store sales goals, and supporting daily store operations. Responsibilities include building client relationships through styling and product expertise, driving sales via cross-selling and upselling, utilizing POS and clienteling tools, executing personal sales plans, sourcing new customers, handling daily operations (cash wrap, inventory, replenishment, visual merchandising), and collaborating with the team in a fast-paced luxury retail environment. Required: 1+ years of sales experience, POS operation proficiency, strong English, and a luxury retail mindset; preferred familiarity with social media, live-stream shopping, and clienteling. Schedule supports flexible hours including nights/weekends.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of sales experience (luxury retail preferred)
- knowledge of fashion trends and competitors
- Experience with POS operation
- basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS)
- walkie-talkie use
- ability to read price/release sheets
- Strong English proficiency
- Luxury retail background, social media savvy, experience with live-stream shopping or video demos
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
