Job Summary
Sales Associate III at Coach (Tapestry) delivers an elevated, personalized luxury retail experience, meeting personal and store sales goals while supporting daily store operations. Responsibilities include brand ambassador duties, relationship-building through styling and product expertise, cross-selling and upselling, utilizing mobile POS and clienteling tools, executing personal sales plans to meet KPIs, sourcing new customers and maintaining relationships to close sales, and handling daily operations such as cash wrap, inventory, replenishment, and visual merchandising. The role requires strong English proficiency, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and familiarity with luxury retail concepts, live-stream shopping, social selling, and data acquisition to drive brand loyalty and revenue. The position is based in Destin, Florida, with on-site responsibilities and a flexible schedule.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of sales experience (luxury retail preferred)
- experience with POS operation, basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS)
- ability to work at a fast pace, lift 25 lb regularly (up to 50 lb occasionally), climb, bend, kneel
- Strong English proficiency
- Luxory retail background, social media savvy, experience with live-stream shopping or video demos, clienteling and data acquisition skills
