Job Summary
Deliver an elevated, personalized shopping experience by representing Coach as a brand ambassador, adhering to style and service standards while building lasting client relationships through product expertise and fashion advice. Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations using mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms to capture data and encourage repeat purchases. Complete daily operational tasks including cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, and visual merchandising to maintain a clean, organized sales floor and stockroom. Process transactions efficiently for purchases, returns, exchanges, and online pickups while managing multiple customers and adapting selling techniques to business needs. Work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and peak busy seasons, with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of sales experience
- knowledge of fashion trends and competitors
- Experience with POS operation
- basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS)
- walkie-talkie use
- ability to read price/release sheets
- Strong English proficiency
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet business needs—including nights, weekends, peak busy season, and high-traffic retail days (including, but not limited to, public holidays)
- Ability to lift at least 25 lbs. regularly (up to 50 lbs, occasionally), to climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver sales floor and stockroom
