Represent Coach as a brand ambassador by delivering personalized shopping experiences, meeting sales goals, and supporting daily store operations. Build lasting client relationships through styling, product expertise, and fashion advice while driving revenue via cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations. Utilize mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms to capture data and encourage repeat purchases. Execute personal sales plans to exceed individual and team KPIs, source new customers, and maintain high energy on the floor. Complete operational tasks including cash wrap, inventory processing, visual merchandising, and transaction processing for purchases, returns, and exchanges. Maintain a clean, organized sales floor and stockroom while adhering to retail policies and asset protection procedures. Work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and peak seasons, lifting up to 50 lbs regularly to manage product movement and stock shelves.
