Job Summary
Sales Associate III at Coach delivers an elevated, personalized luxury retail experience. The role blends luxury-retail service, omni-channel selling, and team collaboration to drive brand loyalty and revenue. Responsibilities include representing Coach as a brand ambassador, building lasting client relationships through styling and product knowledge, driving sales through cross-selling and upselling, utilizing POS and clienteling tools (including mobile POS and social selling), developing and executing personal sales plans to meet or exceed KPIs, sourcing new customers and managing inventory movement, supporting daily store operations, and contributing to brand initiatives and training programs. The position requires strong English proficiency, a proactive, energetic presence on the sales floor, and adaptability to a fast-paced environment. The compensation base range is $15.00-$19.50 per hour with benefits and opportunities for growth, and a flexible schedule that includes nights, weekends, and peak periods.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of sales experience (luxury retail preferred); knowledge of fashion trends and competitors
- Experience with POS operation, basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS)
- Strong English proficiency
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with live-stream shopping or video demos (preferred)
