Job Summary
Sales Associate III at Coach is the front-line ambassador delivering an elevated, personalized shopping experience while meeting personal and store sales goals. Responsibilities include driving sales through cross-selling and upselling, leveraging omni-channel tools (POS, clienteling, social selling), maintaining daily store operations (cash wrap, inventory, replenishment, visual merchandising), and supporting teamwork and brand initiatives. The role emphasizes customer relationship building, product expertise, and collaboration to drive brand loyalty and revenue, with a focus on luxury retail service, data capture, and live-stream or video demo activities as part of client engagement.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of sales experience (luxury retail preferred)
- Experience with POS operation, basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS)
- Walkie-talkie use
- Ability to read price/release sheets
- Ability to work at a fast pace, lift 25 lb regularly (up to 50 lb occasionally)
- Climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver sales floor and stockroom
- Strong English proficiency
- Luxury retail background, social media savvy, experience with live-stream shopping or video demos, clienteling and data acquisition skills
- (Preferred) Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, Strong English language proficiency (for EU)
- Schedule: flexible including nights, weekends, peak season, holidays
