Job Summary
Greet guests warmly and confidently, demonstrating strong product knowledge across handbags, ready-to-wear, jewelry, and footwear. Actively listen to understand customer needs, provide styling advice, and create complete looks by showcasing multiple ways to wear products. Guide customers through purchase decisions, ensure seamless checkout, and reinforce their choices to encourage returns. Maintain operational excellence through stockroom organization and POS transactions while giving and receiving constructive feedback. Work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and high-traffic days with the ability to lift 25 lbs regularly.
Required Qualifications
- Professional selling skills
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities
- Prior experience in a retail environment
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work collaboratively in a team setting
- Social media awareness
- Willingness to learn omni/virtual selling techniques
- English proficiency
- Local language proficiency per market
- Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business—including nights, weekends, busy season, and high-traffic retail days (including but not limited to public holidays)
- Ability to lift at least 25 lbs. regularly (up to 50 lbs, occasionally), to climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver sales floor and stockroom
