Job Summary
The Sales Associate III at Coach is the front-line ambassador delivering an elevated, personalized shopping experience in a luxury retail environment. Responsibilities include building lasting client relationships through styling and product expertise, driving sales via cross-selling and upselling, utilizing POS and mobile tools, executing personal sales plans to meet KPIs, handling daily store operations, inventory movement, visual merchandising, and participating in brand initiatives and inclusion activities. The role requires staying informed on fashion trends, maintaining high-energy on the sales floor, collaborating with teammates, and maintaining service standards while supporting omni-channel selling and data capture to encourage repeat business.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of sales experience (luxury retail preferred)
- Experience with POS operation and basic computer proficiency
- Ability to work at a fast pace and lift up to 25 lb regularly (up to 50 lb occasionally)
- Strong English proficiency
- Experience with live-stream shopping or video demos, clienteling and data acquisition skills
