Job Summary
Greet guests warmly, demonstrate strong product knowledge across handbags, ready-to-wear, and accessories, and actively listen to understand customer needs. Provide styling advice, suggest add-ons, and create complete looks by showcasing multiple ways to wear products. Guide customers through purchase decisions, ensure a seamless checkout experience, and reinforce choices to encourage returns. Maintain operational excellence through stockroom organization and POS transactions while giving and receiving constructive feedback. Work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and busy seasons, with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
