Job Summary
Represent Coach as a brand ambassador by delivering personalized styling, product expertise, and fashion advice to build lasting client relationships. Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations while utilizing mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms to capture data and encourage repeat purchases. Complete daily operational tasks including cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, and visual merchandising to maintain a clean, stocked sales floor. Meet or exceed individual and team KPIs by sourcing new customers, maintaining relationships, and following up to close sales. Process transactions efficiently for purchases, returns, and exchanges while adhering to retail policies and asset protection procedures. Work a flexible schedule to meet business needs, including nights, weekends, and peak busy seasons, while lifting up to 50 lbs occasionally.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of sales experience
- knowledge of fashion trends and competitors
- Experience with POS operation
- basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS)
- walkie-talkie use
- ability to read price/release sheets
- Strong English proficiency
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to lift at least 25 lbs. regularly (up to 50 lbs, occasionally), to climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver sales floor and stockroom
- Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet business needs—including nights, weekends, peak busy season, and high-traffic retail days (including, but not limited to, public holidays)
