Job Summary
Sales Associate II at Coach involve representing the brand, delivering an elevated, personalized shopping experience, meeting personal and store sales goals, and supporting daily store operations. Responsibilities include building client relationships through styling and product expertise, driving sales via cross-selling and upselling, utilizing POS and clienteling tools, developing and executing personal sales plans to meet KPIs, sourcing new customers and following up to close sales, and handling daily operational tasks such as cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, and visual merchandising. Requires ability to work in a fast-paced luxury retail environment, familiarity with live-stream shopping or video demos, and flexibility in scheduling.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of sales experience (luxury retail preferred)
- Experience with POS operation
- basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop)

- ability to read price/release sheets
- Strong English proficiency
