Job Summary
Represent Coach as a brand ambassador by delivering personalized styling, product expertise, and fashion advice to build lasting client relationships. Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations while utilizing mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms to capture data and encourage repeat purchases. Maintain high energy on the floor by managing multiple customers, adapting selling techniques, and completing daily operational tasks including cash wrap, inventory processing, visual merchandising, and stockroom organization. Process transactions efficiently for purchases, returns, exchanges, and online pickups while adhering to retail policies and asset protection procedures. Work a flexible schedule that includes nights, weekends, peak busy season, and high-traffic retail days, with the ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of sales experience
- knowledge of fashion trends and competitors
- Experience with POS operation
- basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS)
- walkie-talkie use
- ability to read price/release sheets
- Strong English proficiency
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to lift at least 25 lbs. regularly (up to 50 lbs, occasionally), to climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver sales floor and stockroom
- Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet business needs—including nights, weekends, peak busy season, and high-traffic retail days (including, but not limited to, public holidays)
