Job Summary
Sales Associate II at Coach, serving as the front-line ambassador of the Coach brand. Deliver an elevated, personalized shopping experience, meet personal and store sales goals, and support daily store operations. This role blends luxury-retail service, omni-channel selling, and team collaboration to drive brand loyalty and revenue. Responsibilities include representing Coach with adherence to style/service standards, building client relationships through styling and product expertise, driving sales via cross-selling and tailored recommendations, utilizing POS and clienteling tools, executing personal sales plans to meet KPIs, sourcing new customers, maintaining relationships and following up to close sales, managing multiple customers on the floor, handling daily operations (cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, visual merchandising), maintaining a neat sales floor and stockroom, processing transactions, supporting inventory cycles, and participating in brand initiatives and training programs. Required qualifications emphasize 1+ year in sales (luxury retail preferred), POS proficiency, basic computer skills, English proficiency, fast-paced adaptability, luxury retail background, social media savviness, live-stream/video demos experience, and strong clienteling/Data acquisition skills.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of sales experience (luxury retail preferred)
