Job Summary
The Sales Associate II (b) at Coach serves as the front-line ambassador of the Coach brand, delivering an elevated, personalized shopping experience while meeting personal and store sales goals and assisting with daily store operations. Responsibilities include building client relationships through styling and product expertise, driving sales via cross-selling and upselling, utilizing POS and clienteling tools, leveraging social selling and short-form video for data capture and repeat business, developing and executing personal sales plans to meet KPIs, sourcing new customers, maintaining relationships, processing transactions, supporting inventory and visual merchandising, and collaborating with teammates. The role requires a collaborative mindset, strong customer focus, adaptability in a fast-paced luxury retail environment, and participation in brand initiatives and training programs.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of sales experience (luxury retail preferred)
- Experience with POS operation (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS)
- Strong English proficiency
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Luxury retail background, social media savvy, experience with live-stream shopping or video demos, clienteling and data acquisition skills
