Job Summary
Sales Associate at IBC Bank responsible for delivering prompt, efficient customer service and promoting bank products and services to walk-in customers. Responsible for onboarding new customers, assisting with branch opening/closing procedures, maintaining branch inventory, and supporting sales goals. Requires strong problem-solving, communication and teamwork skills, with an emphasis on delivering the IBC Experience and building new relationships. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred. In-office, full-time role based in Pauls Valley, OK.
Required Qualifications
- High school graduate or GED equivalent
- 1+ years of experience interacting with people preferred
