Job Summary
Deliver the IBC Experience by providing prompt, efficient customer service and meeting customer financial needs by promoting bank products and services; establish new relationships. Responsibilities include assisting with branch opening/closing procedures, dual control, compliance with the New Account Opening Process, maintaining branch inventory, and supporting other branches as needed. The role involves attending meetings and events, responding to customer complaints, and participating in on-the-job sales training. Preferred skills include problem analysis, initiative, service orientation, teamwork, oral and written communication, and bilingual English/Spanish ability; computer literacy (Microsoft programs) is expected.
Required Qualifications
- High school graduate or GED equivalent
- 1+ years of experience interacting with people
