Job Summary
Deliver an elevated, personalized shopping experience while meeting personal and store sales goals. Represent Coach as a brand ambassador by adhering to service standards, utilizing mobile POS and clienteling tools to capture data and drive revenue through cross-selling and tailored recommendations. Complete daily operational tasks including cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, and visual merchandising to maintain a clean, stocked sales floor. Source new customers, maintain relationships, and follow up to close sales while managing multiple clients in a fast-paced environment. Process transactions efficiently for purchases, returns, and online pickups. Work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and peak busy seasons.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of sales experience
- knowledge of fashion trends and competitors
- Experience with POS operation
- basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS)
- walkie-talkie use
- ability to read price/release sheets
- Strong English proficiency
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to lift at least 25 lbs. regularly (up to 50 lbs, occasionally), to climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver sales floor and stockroom
- Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet business needs—including nights, weekends, peak busy season, and high-traffic retail days (including, but not limited to, public holidays)
