Job Summary
Deliver an elevated, personalized shopping experience by building lasting client relationships through styling, product expertise, and cross-selling. Drive revenue by meeting sales goals, utilizing mobile POS and clienteling tools to capture data, and executing personal sales plans. Manage daily operations including inventory processing, visual merchandising, and transaction handling while maintaining service standards. Work a flexible schedule covering nights, weekends, peak seasons, and holidays, with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of sales experience
- knowledge of fashion trends and competitors
- Experience with POS operation
- basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS)
- walkie-talkie use
- ability to read price/release sheets
- Strong English proficiency
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to lift at least 25 lbs. regularly (up to 50 lbs, occasionally), to climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver sales floor and stockroom
