Job Summary
Sales Associate I at Coach responsible for delivering an elevated, personalized luxury retail shopping experience, meeting personal and store sales goals, and supporting daily store operations. Responsibilities include building lasting client relationships through personalized styling and product knowledge, driving sales through cross-selling and upselling, utilizing POS and clienteling tools (including social selling platforms and short-form video), developing and executing personal sales plans to meet KPIs, and assisting with inventory, replenishment, visual merchandising, and in-store processes. The role requires strong English proficiency, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a collaborative, service-oriented mindset aligned with brand initiatives and training.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of sales experience (luxury retail preferred)
- A combination of education and experience will be considered
- Experience with POS operation, basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS)
- Strong English proficiency
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Luxury retail background, social media savvy, experience with live-stream shopping or video demos
