Job Summary
Sales Associate role responsible for delivering authentic Alo brand experiences, achieving store sales goals, and educating customers about the Alo community, culture, and product lines (retail, yoga, and café). Key duties include leading Flow initiatives to drive sales, engaging customers to create a friendly shopping environment, building client relationships daily, analyzing reports with leadership to strategize improvements, ensuring optimal store coverage, communicating store goals and product launches, educating guests on the Alo business model, utilizing tools and incentives to meet goals, resolving client needs quickly, guiding product knowledge (features, benefits, fabric, usage, design, care), coordinating daily schedules with leadership, assisting in shipment processing and visual merchandising, and maintaining front/back of house procedures per policy. Requires constant movement in-store, lifting up to 50 pounds, standing for shifts, and availability on weekends/holidays. Group interviews scheduled; store is a new opening in mid-August with July onboarding readiness.
