Job Summary
Engage customers by approaching and assisting multiple shoppers to provide genuine service interactions and convert opportunities into sales. Build relationships by listening actively to understand needs, solving problems at the first point of contact, and sharing product expertise. Maintain store standards by ensuring visual merchandising is up to date and supporting operations processes. Leverage POS and mobile devices to deliver seamless omni-channel service while promoting sponsored programs like the Outdoor Discovery School. Collaborate with the team to create a positive work environment and adhere to all health and safety policies. This temporary, part-time role requires standing, walking, and occasionally lifting up to 40 pounds, with availability for varied hours including nights, weekends, and holidays. Pay is $16.00.

- Occasionally required to lift 1 to 20 pounds
- Occasionally required to move and lift objects up to 40 pounds (utilizing a team lift as needed)
