Job Summary
Provide counter sales and customer service for hunting/archery merchandise (non-firearms); identify and evaluate customers’ needs, make product recommendations, promote programs (CLUB, VOC, in-store pick up), demonstrate products, maintain merchandising and pricing accuracy, assist with seasonal floor merchandise moves, stay knowledgeable on products, and ensure a clean, organized store environment while adhering to company policies. The role emphasizes customer service, product knowledge, visual merchandising, and teamwork in a Bass Pro Shops retail setting.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 0-2 years retail experience
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Customer Service and Sales of Hunting/Archery Merchandise (NON-Firearms)
- GCA Ability to Merchandise and Stock Merchandise
