Job Summary
Greet customers, identify their needs, and make product recommendations for Hunting/Archery Merchandise (non-Firearms). Demonstrate products, promote programs like CLUB membership and IN Store Pick up, and organize store merchandise while replenishing shelves per guidelines. Maintain pricing accuracy, assist with seasonal floor moves, and keep work areas clean and stocked. Remain a product expert through ongoing training and follow all company policies. Enjoy discounts on retail merchandise, restaurants, and resorts.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 0-2 years of experience in Retail
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Customer Service and Sales of Hunting/Archery Merchandise (NON-Firearms)
- GCA
- Ability to Merchandise and Stock Merchandise
- Must be able to lift 100 pounds or more
- Must be able to work in tight and confined spaces
- Must be able to work in noisy environments
