Job Summary
Greet customers promptly, handle merchandise with care, and provide product information and assistance for hunting and archery goods. Identify customer needs, make product recommendations, and promote club memberships and in-store pickup programs. Demonstrate products, organize and maintain floor merchandise, and replenish shelves according to guidelines. Stay current on advertised sales, pricing, and signing details. Assist with seasonal floor moves and keep the work area clean and well-stocked. Maintain product expertise through ongoing training and follow all company policies.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 0-2 years of experience in Retail
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Customer Service and Sales of Hunting/Archery Merchandise (NON-Firearms)
- GCA
- Ability to Merchandise and Stock Merchandise
- Must be able to lift 100 pounds or more
- Must be able to operate motor vehicles or heavy equipment
- Must be able to work in noisy environments
- Must be able to work in tight and confined spaces
- Must be able to ascend or descend ladders, stairs, ramps, etc.
