Job Summary
Guide customers to make style a source of creative energy by circulating the sales floor, determining needs, and sharing Loyalty program benefits. Deliver the customer experience through conversation while maintaining floor and fitting room upkeep standards. Drive sales with in-store and online clients by embracing technology and processing register transactions. Participate in merchandising and operational requirements. Requires a high school diploma, ability to read instructional documents, and flexibility for retail hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Involves prolonged standing, lifting up to 25lbs, and frequent use of handheld equipment and cash registers.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to read and interpret instructional documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedural manuals
- Ability to work a flexible schedule with retail hours, including day, evening, weekends, and/or holidays
- Color vision
- Ability to process register transactions
- Ability to frequently lift/move up to 25lbs
