Job Summary
Sales Associate responsible for delivering exceptional customer service in-store, assisting with store visuals and merchandising, building product knowledge for effective suggestive selling, and performing weekly inventory counts. Requires strong communication, teamwork, organization, and the ability to handle physical duties (standing for extended periods, lifting up to 60lbs and maneuvering up to 100lbs). The role includes operating during a flexible schedule to meet business needs and participating in safety practices. Required Qualifications
- Customer Service experience preferred
- Retail and Cash Handling experience preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to understand and follow instructions
- Knowledge of computer systems and two-way radios
- Flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends and holidays
