Job Summary
Provide an amazing shopping experience by leveraging product knowledge to drive add-on sales through BOPIS and curbside pickup while covering the sales floor zone to maintain visual standards. Process transactions, assist with planogram changes including store maps and fixtures, and communicate fashion and music trends to management. Work with Store Management to prevent theft, maintain the stock room organization, and pack heavy merchandise boxes. Perform any other activities assigned by your Store Leader. You must be at least 16 years old with previous retail experience. Join the loudest store in the mall to help fans get their hands on the merch they love.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience working in a retail environment
- At least 16 years of age
- Able to navigate your way around the store
- Able to merchandise product utilizing approved store equipment
- Able to pack and unpack boxes of awesome merch that may weigh up to 50 pounds
