Job Summary
Provide an amazing shopping experience by leveraging product knowledge to process sales transactions, drive add-on sales, and ensure assigned sales floor zones meet visual standards. Assist with planogram changes, stock replenishment, and merchandise the store in a visually appealing way while maintaining an organized stock room. Communicate fashion trend information to management and partners, collaborate on team activities, and work with Store Management to prevent theft. Navigate the store, merchandise product using approved equipment, and pack boxes weighing up to 50 pounds. This role supports the maintenance of the mother ship and any other activities assigned by your Store Leader.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience working in a retail environment
- At least 18 years of age
- Able to navigate your way around the store
- Able to merchandise product utilizing approved store equipment
- Able to pack and unpack boxes of awesome merch that may weigh up to 50 pounds
