Job Summary
Provide an amazing shopping experience by leveraging product knowledge to process sales transactions, drive add-on sales, and ensure assigned sales floor zones meet visual standards. Assist with planogram changes, including store maps, walls, fixtures, and merchandising mix, while maintaining an organized stock room and tidy store environment. Communicate fashion and music trend information to management and partners, collaborate on team activities, and work with store leadership to prevent merchandise misuse and theft. Any other tasks as assigned by your Store Leader.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience working in a retail environment
- At least 16 years of age
- Able to navigate your way around the store
- Able to merchandise product utilizing approved store equipment
- Able to pack and unpack boxes of awesome merch that may weigh up to 50 pounds
