Job Summary
Provide an amazing shopping experience by using product knowledge to process sales transactions, drive add-on sales via BOPIS and curbside pickup, and ensure assigned sales floor zones meet visual standards. Assist with planogram changes including store maps, wall fixtures, and merchandising mix while maintaining stock room organization and store tidiness. Communicate fashion trend information to management and HQ partners, collaborate on team activities, and work with Store Management to prevent theft and misuse of store assets. Stock and replenish products to help merchandise the store visually.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience working in a retail environment
- At least 18 years of age
- Able to navigate your way around the store
- Able to merchandise product utilizing approved store equipment
- Able to pack and unpack boxes of awesome merch that may weigh up to 50 pounds
