Job Summary
Provide an amazing shopping experience by leveraging product knowledge to process sales transactions and drive add-on sales using BOPIS and curbside pickup. Cover the sales floor zone to ensure assigned areas meet visual standards, assist with planogram changes including store maps and fixture merchandising, and maintain an organized stock room. Communicate fashion and music trend information to management while collaborating with Store Management to prevent theft and support team activities as assigned. You must work the register, stock and replenish products, and pack boxes of merchandise weighing up to 50 pounds. This role requires previous retail experience, customer service skills, and the ability to navigate the store, with a minimum age of 16.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience working in a retail environment
- At least 16 years of age
- Able to navigate your way around the store
- Merchandise product utilizing approved store equipment
- Pack and unpack boxes of awesome merch that may weigh up to 50 pounds
