Job Summary
Provide an amazing shopping experience by leveraging product knowledge and customer service to help fans find the merch they love. You’ll cover the sales floor, operate the register with add-on sales and services like BOPIS and curbside pickup, assist with planogram changes and visual merchandising, communicate fashion trends to management and HQ, prevent theft, keep the stock room organized, and work as part of a collaborative team to maintain store standards and a positive in-store experience.
Required Qualifications
- Previous retail experience

- Customer service and selling ability
- Strong communication and teamwork
- Ability to navigate and merchandise store, stock and unpack boxes up to 50 pounds
