Job Summary
Provide an amazing shopping experience with product knowledge, customer service, and a strong focus on in-store experience. Cover the sales floor, maintain visual standards, operate the register and drive add-on sales with benefits like BOPIS and curbside pickup. Assist with planogram changes, store map, wall and merchandising mix, and communicate fashion trend information to management and HQ. Collaborate with team to prevent theft and maintain an organized stock room; participate in overall store upkeep and be a strong team player. Must have previous retail experience and be at least 18 years old; able to merchandise, pack/unpack boxes, and work collaboratively with store leadership.
