Job Summary
Provide an amazing shopping experience by leveraging product knowledge and customer service to drive sales and repeat visits. Role involves assisting customers with merchandise, stock replenishment, planogram changes, in-store merchandising, processing transactions at the register (including benefits like BOPIS and curbside pickup), communicating fashion and music trends to management and HQ, preventing theft, maintaining an organized stock room, and contributing to a collaborative, team-oriented store environment. Must be comfortable handling merchandise and performing typical retail tasks in a fast-paced, fandom-focused environment.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience working in a retail environment.
- At least 16 years of age
- Able to navigate store operations, handle merchandise up to 50 pounds
- Avenger-like collaboration and communication skills
