Job Summary
Meet or exceed the dealership's monthly minimum sales volume by greeting every guest, assessing their needs, and describing vehicle features to facilitate test drives. Properly complete transactions, process documents, and deliver vehicles while following protocol. Follow up on post-delivery items, tag work, and special requests to ensure guest satisfaction and build repeat business. Handle guest concerns and complaints while resolving issues to maintain positive relationships. Stay current on manufacturer products and attend all scheduled sales and training meetings. Work with management to set performance goals and develop strategies to achieve monthly income targets. Adhere to Tony Group standards including SMILE, GREET, HELP, THANK, and GOLD.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid Driver's License and clean traffic abstract
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal and customer handling skills
- Excellent sales and customer service skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate
- Ability to function effectively in a high-paced and at times, stressful environment
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
- Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds at times
