Job Summary
Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with all customers, embodying customer experience principles, and maintaining a clean, organized store environment. Accurately ring purchases and returns, count change, and process merchandise for the sales floor following established procedures. Uphold merchandising philosophy, initiate store recovery as needed, and participate in shrink reduction goals and safety awareness programs. Adhere to all operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards while promoting credit and loyalty programs. Located at HomeGoods in Tequesta, FL, this entry-level role offers a starting pay of $14.00 to $14.50 per hour. Applicants must possess strong communication skills, the ability to multi-task, and capacity to lift heavy objects.
