Job Summary
Circulate the sales floor to determine customer needs, share Loyalty program benefits, and deliver a seamless in-store and online shopping experience. Guide customers through the art of conversation to establish long-term relationships while driving sales proficiency with store technology. Participate in merchandising and operational requirements, including floor and fitting room upkeep, register transactions, and processing sales using handheld equipment. Requires prolonged standing and lifting up to 25lbs, with flexible scheduling including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to read and interpret instructional documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedural manuals
- Ability to work a flexible schedule with retail hours, including day, evening, weekends, and/or holidays
- Color vision
- Ability to process register transactions
- Ability to lift/move up to 25lbs
