Job Summary
Sales Associate / Marketing Coordinator - Home Care Growth & Outreach in Morristown, NJ. Field-based role focusing on building referral relationships, generating and closing leads, conducting cold calls and in-person visits to referral sources, planning and attending community events, and managing your own schedule and territory. Requires strong relationship-building, networking, time management, public speaking, and results-oriented mindset. Base salary with generous commissions/bonuses; ongoing coaching and professional development. Localized in Morris and Union counties; healthcare exposure is a plus but not required. Valid driver’s license required; full-time availability.
