Job Summary
Bloomingdale’s Sales Professional focused on delivering an exceptional customer experience both in-store and online. Responsible for guiding customers through fashion choices, building long-term client relationships, promoting Loyalty programs, supporting the shopping experience from start to finish, and contributing to operational excellence through merchandise standards, store fulfillment, floor and fitting room upkeep. Must be proficient with technology, able to read safety and instruction documents, and flexible to work retail hours including weekends and holidays. Strong emphasis on customer service, product knowledge, and collaborative teamwork.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to read and interpret instructional documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedural manuals
- Ability to work a flexible schedule with retail hours, including day, evening, weekends, and/or holidays
- Physical requirements: standing/walking, ability to lift up to 25lbs
