Responsibilities include delivering a superior customer experience through engaging conversation, leveraging Loyalty programs, participating in merchandising and operational requirements, and supporting the shopping experience from start to finish. Requires fashion interest and product knowledge, proficiency with technology, ability to stand/walk for long periods, and the ability to lift up to 25 lbs. Flexible scheduling including day, evening, weekends, and holidays is required. High school diploma or equivalent is required.
