Job Summary
Sales Associate at HOKA focused on delivering exceptional customer experiences. Responsibilities include educating customers about the HOKA Brand and products, maintaining up-to-date product knowledge, engaging with customers to answer questions, promoting the store and Brand image, operating the cash register and handling money accurately, checking inventory daily, stocking and merchandising to Brand standards, maintaining a clean back-stock and break area, practicing safety, and communicating with the Store Manager and team to ensure on-time attendance and coverage. Requires strong customer service, ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, and teamwork to support store goals.
Required Qualifications
- Two (2) years retail experience preferred
- High School Diploma or GED
- Excellent communication skills
- Highly motivated team player and self-starter
- Flexibility of schedule and hours
- Valid State or Federal Identification
