Job Summary
Lead and develop the e-Commerce sales team at AutoNation Ford Frisco. Set a clear vision and goals for the sales team to achieve targeted performance in new and used vehicle sales and profit. Motivate the team to meet key goals and follow AutoNation best practices. Oversee showrooms, e-commerce, and phone channels; manage e-leads, schedule appointments, guide customers from initial contact to store visit, and participate in vehicle purchase negotiations. Partner with GM/GSM to manage inventory, analyze performance, and optimize controllable expenses. Drive exceptional customer experiences, leadership development, and use of technology to improve conversions, training, and processes. Responsibilities include coaching, training, and retaining top e-Commerce sales associates, ensuring showroom, online, and phone traffic convert to sales, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction while achieving sales targets.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Proven success in eCommerce automotive sales
- Proven leadership ability to mentor and train others
- Ability to set and achieve targeted goals
- Ability to drive an exceptional Customer experience
- Demonstrated communication and interpersonal skills
- Organization and follow-up skills
- Experience and desire to work with technology
- Valid in-state driver’s license and maintain an acceptable driving record
