Sales Associate - Healthcare (Johor)

Job Summary
Promote and sell Health Screening packages, health products, and provide Nutritional Consultation to walk-in customers while handling inquiries to ensure a positive shopping experience. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs, and uphold cleanliness and tidiness of stocks and shelves. Passionate about inspiring people to change their diet and lifestyle to achieve good health. Candidates without qualifications but with good retail or direct sales experience are considered, and those with a proven track record in Healthcare sales, Retail Pharmacy, or Wellness Industry are preferred. Must be willing to work during weekends. Commission can go up to RM 2,000.

- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin
Desired Qualifications
- Preferably candidates must possess at least Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Nutrition/ Dietetics/ Allied Health Sciences or Equivalent
- Candidates with sales experience in Healthcare sales, Retail Pharmacy, Direct sales health products, Chinese Medical shops and Wellness Industry, having a proven track record for achieving sales target are preferred
- Possesses good persuasive and listening skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, manage time effectively, self-motivated and willing to learn
- Able to work under pressure and work as a responsible team member
- Required language(s): Mandarin (an added advantage
