Job Summary
Sell and demonstrate new and used vehicles, conduct test drives, and deliver vehicles to customers while explaining features, warranties, and paperwork. Build customer relationships through follow-up to encourage repeat and referral business. Maintain knowledge of products and benefits, attend sales meetings, set personal income goals aligned with dealership standards, and monitor performance to optimize time and plans. Ensure compliance with applicable laws and dealership safety practices, and collaborate with service staff to emphasize quality service. The role emphasizes customer satisfaction, achievement of sales quotas, and ongoing product knowledge in a fast-paced automotive environment.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or the equivalent
- Must be legally insurable by Company insurance company
- Must have a valid in-state driver’s license and have and maintain an acceptable, safe driving record
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to sell a minimum quota according to dealership standards
- Must follow Company safety policies and practices
