Job Summary
Deliver exceptional customer service by creating outfits for clients, suggesting matching items, and utilizing product knowledge on fit, color, and trends. Assist management in building store business, support service enhancers like the Concierge, and handle operational assignments including filling orders, replenishment, and recovery. Service multiple customers simultaneously while multi-tasking to achieve sales metrics in clienteling, outreach, and appointment setting. Maintain awareness of fashion trends and new arrivals, participate in learning opportunities, and accept coaching to maximize performance. Work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays to meet business needs.
