Execute sales processes to meet monthly goals while creating personalized pampering experiences for customers. Answer phones, book appointments, and maintain proper filing procedures. Promote the health and wellness benefits of massage therapy, ensuring a professional, clean environment and positive attitude. Track retail sales experience is preferred, along with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to handle stressful situations. Work weekends as part of a team that rewards performance with uncapped commissions and significant advancement opportunities.
