Sales Associate

Conduct membership, gift card, and product sales while upselling services to maximize revenue. Schedule client appointments using the POS system and manage daily bookings by recommending additional services. Deliver exceptional in-person and phone customer service, resolving conflicts and communicating shop policies and pricing. Assist owners, managers, and staff with operations tasks including towel folding, laundry, cleaning, and inventory management. Prepare guest records, provide shop tours, and ensure opening and closing procedures are followed. Maintain a positive working relationship with shop personnel while addressing client needs.
