Sales Associate

Sales Associate/Sales Advisor for COS (H&M Group) in New York, part-time 10-20 hours/week at $19/hr. Responsibilities include greeting customers, providing high-level service, processing deliveries, replenishing stock, merchandising, and assisting at the cash desk and fitting rooms. Must be customer-focused, adaptable, action-oriented, a strong communicator, and eager to learn. Prior retail experience and knowledge of fabrics are nice-to-have but not mandatory. Schedule includes evenings and weekends; includes benefits such as staff discount and eligibility for HIP and other programs.
